Launched in 2005, Beijing Daxing Dandelion School is the first non-profit private middle school in Beijing for children from migrant families. In order to improve the conditions of Dandelion School, honor the outstanding teachers, cultivate the teaching skills of teachers and support volunteer activities, CCIC and CCIC Charity Foundation set up the "CCIC Teacher Development Fund" when the school opened. Since then, CCIC and CCIC Charity Foundation have donated a total of over RMB 5 million to reward over 400 excellent teachers.
